Adventure Series – Haliburton Highlands – Sculpture Forest

The Haliburton Sculpture Forest is a phenomenal outdoor gallery featuring a unique collection of incredible sculptures nestled along scenic nature trails. It is an amazing place to visit, go for a walk and enjoy the sculptures in any season.


Officially opened in the fall of 2001, the Haliburton Sculpture Forest started with the installation of three (3) sculptures. Now, the collection contains over thirty four (34) sculptures & three (3) benches by various Canadian and International artists. Also, on display are unique exhibits showcasing the work of former graduates of the Haliburton School of The Arts.


Located in Glebe Park, it surrounds the campus of Fleming College, Haliburton School of Art + Design. The Sculpture Forest is an ongoing initiative of Haliburton Sculpture Forest et al, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to increase understanding and appreciation of the arts through the development of public art and the engagement of artists with the community.
