Sucrose and glucose caramelize around 160°C (320°F) and fructose caramelizes at 110°C (230°F). "

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower Crowns
  • Celery Stalks
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Mayan Heirloom Squash
  • Snow Peas
  • Sweet Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Garlic Plus Seasoning
  • Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • Roasted Garlic & Peppers Seasoning
  • Dehydrated Basil Flakes
  • Dehydrated Oregano Flakes
  • Dehydrated Parsley Flakes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fiery Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven at 425°F - 450°F
  2. Adjust quantities to suit your portion size.
  3. Substitute any vegetable with your favorite.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of each Oil per 2 cups of sliced vegetables.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of each Dehydrated Flakes per 2 cups of sliced vegetables.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of each Seasoning per 2 cups of sliced vegetables.
  7. Place a 1" layer of seasoned vegetables into a large tray.
  8. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
