Lemon Pepper Tilapia - Oven Roasted Vegetables - Amazing Flavor


Today's recipe is Outstanding - it has Amazing Flavor, Aroma, Color, Crunch & Texture. We will be serving Lemon Pepper Tilapia & Oven Roasted Vegetables with a Cilantro & Cucumber salad. Your total prep & cook time for this meal should be around 30-35 minutes.


Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Tilapia is very versatile and such a great tasting fish for serving a healthy meal. It is an excellent alternative to meat for family meals and does not have a strong fishy smell or taste. This is our favorite baked Tilapia recipe and is so delicious yet simple to prepare & cook.

Ingredients :

  • Tilapia Fish Fillet
  • Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • Roasted Garlic & Peppers Seasoning
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lime or Lemon
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven at 425°F - 450°F
  2. Adjust quantities to suit your portion size.
  3. Cut Tilapia Fish Fillets in half. Rinse with water & lime juice.
  4. Lightly cover both sides of fish with Roasted Garlic & Lemon Pepper seasonings.
  5. Lightly brush foiled lined baking trays with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  6. Place Tilapia Fish Fillets evenly on oiled baking trays.
  7. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.


Oven Roasted Vegetables

Oven roasted vegetables are a perfect foundation for creating great tasting & healthy meals. You can increase the protein content of any meal by adding chick peas, red beans or quinoa. In our family, we like pairing it with a favorite meat like chicken, fish, lamb or turkey.

Ingredients :

  • Broccoli Crowns
  • Cauliflower Crowns
  • Celery Stalks
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Sweet Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Roasted Garlic & Peppers Seasoning
  • Garlic Plus Seasoning
  • Fine Ground Black Pepper Seasoning
  • Dehydrated Basil Flakes
  • Dehydrated Oregano Flakes
  • Dehydrated Parsley Flakes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fiery Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven at 425°F - 450°F
  2. Adjust quantities to suit your portion size.
  3. Wash & cut vegetables into uniform shapes & sizes. Place into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of each Oil per 2 cups of cut vegetables.
  5. Toss vegetables until they are evenly coated with Oil.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of each Dehydrated Flakes per 2 cups of cut vegetables.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of each Seasoning per 2 cups of cut vegetables.
  8. Toss vegetables until they are evenly coated with Dehydrated Flakes & Seasoning.
  9. Place a 2" layer of seasoned vegetables into a large casserole dish.
  10. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Cook longer for less crunch.
